What type of events does 5 O’Clock serve?
We are happy to be a part of any event from weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, holiday parties or any other reason that you are getting together to celebrate!
Can you serve non-alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! Most of our cocktail recipes can be converted into a delicious mocktail. Looking for coffee/tea? We serve locally roasted coffee, delicious hot chocolate, and locally sourced tea. We also have options for italian soda bars, red bull infusions, lemonades, etc! This is a great option for dry brunch events, baby showers, kids birthdays and coffee/dessert functions. Ask about our other beverage packages when you book!
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed for no additional fee.
Are there additional fees?
Added to each proposal is an administration fee of 14%. This covers the cost of business and time spent on the admin side leading up to your events.

We operate as a full service and dry bar. We will work with you to prepare an extensive alcohol shopping list which also includes a calculator so you can prepare for what you’d like to spend on the alcohol.
Is 5 O’Clock Insured?
Yes! We are properly licensed and insured. We hold General and Liquor Liability, as well as MAST licensing.
We do carry our California State Catering and Liquor License.
